I don't have a car, and the radios get terrible reception in my apartment, so all I want is an online-only subscription. They wouldn't let me do that, so I got in an argument with them on the phone (their customer service really sucks) and I got mad and told them to cancel it.

Sometimes I listen to him by other means...

Really? I thought online-only was possible. My experiences with their customer service have been about par-for-the-course with the modern day field (i.e. hit-and-miss; depends on who you talk to, what kind of day they're having/what kind of day you're having, etc.).
