We have trolleys which get crowded but rarely that crowded, I'm not sure of the difference, but technically I've never been on a subway. . . Personally I prefer a BMT with spinach and cucumbers on wheat. | |

Does the MN light rail count as Subway?? No sure, but it only gets crowed during rush hr or on the weekends when everyone wants to go to the Mall of America.
I like the Spicly Italian on wheat with pepper jack cheese, bacon, all veggies but lettuce, tosted, extra jalapenos and chipotle southwest dressing. The best! “The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously.” | |

Nope. It's illegal to eat or drink on the subway (Metro) or in the terminal. Get caught, get fined or go to jail.
However, when I do go to the Subway sandwich shop, I usually order the Italian BMT with lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, oil and vinegar, oregano and lots of red hot pepper relish or the tuna with a little mayo, lettuce and tomato.
I've never been in a crowded Subway sandwich shop though. The shop that always has a line at least 20 deep is Chipotle. No matter what time I enter that shop, there are always at least 20 people in line. Anyone who owns one of those franchises is making buck. | |
