It Is June 1st Time To Get Rid Of This Last Bit Of Demons

And by demons i mean stomach smile

This was me currently on the 15th of May from my ''weight loss'' thread



Since then i have done hard cardio and muscle training and my stomach is even smaller. My stomach is the best looking it has ever been, my arms are very toned and stomach is getting a little tone as well.

Since it is officially summer i am uping the anty even more on my workouts! i am going to blast this last bit of fat away and tone up!

Y'all let me know of your favorite exercises in this thread!

Oh and here is my most recent pic! i was feeling confident and wore a shirt that showed off my chect a bit smile but that didn't come through in the pic hahaha.

Looking good! I love it that you're so disciplined with the gym, and sending this positive messages about it.I've finally started to do cardio besides weight lifting. I hate cardio...but since a few weeks I discovered walking with a heartbeat of 115 and I love it.I always thought you had to have a really high heartbeat to loose fat, but this is working pretty well.I'm totally sweating and it's only walking lol Keep up the good work!

How's your diet? Made any adjustments there?

I mean diet is still the same for the most part. Lots of protein, fruits, nuts, meat, vegettable etc.

But maybe a little more whey than before wink

I honestly don't eat 100% healthy everyday cause i am still young and want to live a little. But one thing i learned is it is good to not have a lot and have a balanced meal.

For example if you have a big burger have a salad with it or other greens... or if i have a protein shake with milk instead of water put lots of fruits in it.

Plus my roomies are Asian and cook some amazing fish, rice and chicken smile so that is always great as well lol

Good man! it is a slow process at first but you will get there smile

I have pretty gotten addicted to the gym... ot the point where not going for one day i kind of freak out and HAVE to go somehow.

One thing i learned is to rest! especially if you are lifting or doing heavy cradio. Oh and walking can be amazing excercise smile

The Santa Monica Pier is about 5.5 miles from my house and on a day when i am off work i will make a good playlist and walk all the way there it is like therapy for me music

I am done bitching about my gut for the moment.

It's there and I hate it...but I am being accountable for my actions (haven't been in gym frequently and I'm eating crappy).
