But...I don't think any of the conspiracists believe in God, so they wouldn't be concerned about what God thinks, and thus be fans of drought relief? Except Bill Deagle - HE believes in God. But he also believes in Modified Attack Baboons, which are surely against God's plan. So where does Deagle fit in vis. a. vie drought relief?

While Supa didn't define exactly what he meant by "chemtrails", the standard definition of the term pertains to the chemicals sprayed from planes for the express purpose of the government/nefarious organizations controlling the human population either physically, mentally or in both ways. This is (apparently) what cloudbuster posted 5 hours' worth of self-admitted inconclusive videos.

and, if you are interested in the observations of those who have been collecting data on theories about what results from the spraying of various particulates which have been distributed into the atmosphere, either to seed clouds, or (allegedly) reduce global warming, you should check out Cloudbuster's threads about Morgellon syndrome. i am not an expert, but he presented some interesting materials here a while back about the long-term effects of inhaling and/or being exposed to nano particles and the outcome and potential effects on human health

You're welcome. To be honest, I think the term conspiracy theorist is also played out. Using the term geo engineering or chemtrails is just a matter of semantics. It boils down to the same thing: spraying toxic chemicals to modify weather patterns have a devastating effect on our eco system. I understand the need for scientific research, but I'm afraid not enough attention is payed to the adverse effects it has on our environment.

Those are clearly contrails from two jets flying together. The jets are almost certainly military, as commercial airliners cannot fly side-by-side in that manner.
Again, use your brain. They are flying through near-cloudless skies. Their trails cannot cover even 1% of the visibile sky around them. There are no rain clouds for the trails to mix in with in order to deliver their agent via rain, so we know for a fact that if there is an agent in those trails, it must filter to the Earth on its own. This also means that those trails aren't being used to "block the sun".
As I've clearly and undeniably pointed out, if those are military jets (and they certainly are, as explained above), they are flying at an altitude of at least 40,000 feet. Therefore, if there is an agent in the trails, it must fall 7 miles to the Earth, all the time being dispersed by winds aloft that range from 20 knots to as much as 100 knots.
This argument has been over for a long time, and there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that every point I've made has been the correct one.
