Wow, you've done a great job Congrats on the weight loss. I've been working out fairly regularly. I'd like to lose 15-20 pounds. I've mostly stuck with strength training, but I've been incorporating some running a few times a week. I also recently bought myself a kettlebell to use on the days that I want to workout but don't want to go to the gym. I love it |

I've learned that the only way to not get insanely sore from squats is to do them regularly. I had to take a break from working out all together when I was sick for about a month. When I went back to the gym, I tried to squat. I felt great. I squated what I'd done before with ease and even added on a few pounds. Next 4 days, BRB can't walk up or down stairs, can't sit on the toilet without nearly falling down, ass cheeks hurt everytime you sit down. Hell naww, I make myself squat at least once a week now. I don't want soreness like that again |

Yeah...doesn't help that I (purposely) didn't warm up properly beforehand.
But I did maintain proper form (I think). Definitely will try to do it al least weekly.

Legs are the hardest to work!
I have fucking huge tee trunk legs and i am for the first time in ym life satisfied with them! i started by losing a lot of weight in them and not gaining muscle in em and they fianlly look decent so i am happy about that
My trainer makes me do shit with my legs i never thought a 6'5 man could do... but boy i was WRONG Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener
