I wonder if torrents are one of the leading causes of viruses?
Ive wondered the same myself. I never messed with limewire or napster but i heard that back in the day they had their fair share of viruses. However, the new Napster is a clean site but i don't know about limewire. Regardless, i think that visiting random porn and movie sites probably has the potential to do more harm than BT sites like PB, h33t, bitsnoop, torrents.eu, isohunt and kickasstorrent. What would be cool is to have a survey of what kind of torrents produced the most malware. Is it Avi or other movie files, music files, applications, etc.
I tried to visit OVGuide a few days ago and apparently the site's fucked up now. So yeah. And you can never tell what porn site is safe from viruses or not. |

you need to find someone to show you some computer lessons jonny as this is basic stuff. anyone who knows about computers would be able to show you the stuff you keep asking. it's not hard to do
but winzip and winrar are the main two programs, although after a few days you get nag screens, so some use a free alternative called 7zip
you just right click on the files and choose extract to, and i usually extract to a folder and move the files to where i want afterwards |
