Nah we've talked about this before, and the decision was that it wouldn't work. Aside from making the job of moderating the site harder (having two sets of rules for different parts of the site) it's not really the sort of content that we want here (flames and all the crap that goes with it).

If insulting people is so important to you, just go to AMP or something.
