Omg I love this stuff, phyllo dough makes everything wonderful. I have a special appeal for light and flakey, I use only one pie crust because of it since I don't know how to make my own exactly like it. And I love love love Mediterreanan food, except for olives can't stand them, the oil yes, the fruit, no.

It's very good it has my three requirements for pies : buttery , flaky and savory.

Agree with Dalia about pizza. Another great food is cheese cake. With the right crust, the right sweet/sour combination, yummers city.

Banana pie or puddin as well. Good God.

Oh, and I also like (vegetarian) Indian dishes, especially the curry stuff (and I like it hot, too)!

Thai can be great too.
