Gwyneth Paltrow Named ‘People’ Magazine’s Most Beautiful Woman

The gorgeous actress and mom of two was crowned 2013′s Most Beautiful Woman in the World, by ‘People’ magazine! Find out who else made the top ten.

It’s no secret that Gwyneth Paltrow is gorgeous, but the A-list actress and busy family woman was officially honored for her beauty by People magazine when she was crowned 2013′s Most Beautiful Woman in the World for their annual list!

Gwyneth Paltrow — Most Beautiful Person In The World

The actress and cook book author, who is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, says she prefers being a mom to Apple, 8, and Moses, 7, than getting glammed up. The 40-year-old even says her rockstar husband pokes fun at her for it!

“Around the house, I’m in jeans and a T-shirt. I don’t really wear makeup. That’s what they’re used to,” she told the magazine. ”He’ll make a joke about it. If I’ve gotten fully dressed up, he’ll be like, ‘Oh, wow! You’re Gwyneth Paltrow!’ Because he’s used to seeing me in like baggy shorts and frizzy hair.”

The health and fitness fanatic — who does the Tracy Anderson Method five days a week — credits her healthy eating and exercise habits for keeping her looking her best.

“It makes me look younger and feel strong. When I first started, I thought, ‘I’ll never be good at this. This is a nightmare!’ But now it’s like brushing my teeth, I just do it,” she revealed.

No doubt, a physically beautiful woman. But she's obviously batshit crazy and - call me crazy - but that's a turn-off.

7. Kelly Rowland

Body? Yes. She's a bit of a butterface.

6. Jennifer Lawrence.

I know she's the Flavor of the Month and all. She's cute, but whatever...

This list is so PC, I'm suprised it could take time out of its busy schedule protesting the deforestation of Brazil, to publish itself.

Chris Martins wife is number 1? i mean she is pretty but... i think Kerry has a gorgeous face!

Also Pink is a manly woman who can still look girly... while beating the shit out of men. I find that rather hot

I've read the People's Most Beautiful Women list for many years but they've yet to come up with anyone I think is as beautiful as my wife!

These things are terribly subjective, as I would put Megan Fox at the top of the list every year.

I'm glad that they chose Kelley though--it's nice to have a black woman that actually has black features to some extent. I wish they'd show a Lauryn Hill though with natural hair.
The list still perpetuates an anglo-centric beauty aesthetic.

Jane Fonda? Where the hell is Margo Martindale?

There's too much light in these Paltrow pics she's better than that. Stay out of the sun people, it's very bad for you.

I can go with that she is pretty hot.

I was watching Avengers Assembly the other night there and I found I couldnt take my eyes off her when she was on the screen.

The last time that happened to me was with Mary Steenburgen in Step Brothers...she was gorgeous but im not sure what she's done to herself when I saw her on 30 Rock.

Gwyneth Paltrow rarely comes to mind when I imagine beautiful women, but yeah, she looks really good to me in sort of a wifey way.

I have a problem with this People's list, because how can they choose ONE PERSON and try to make us believe that he or she is the most beautiful/handsome in the WORLD?

There are plenty of people who are not American celebrities who are better-looking than the ones they choose.

I think it's ridiculous.

Once upon a time something like this might have gotten a response out of me but I simply don't care anymore.

I don't read People magazine and this is really for their audience.

Top anything lists are only for those who cares about the subject. I might be interested in top album lists or top songs or something. But top celebrities? I don't care.

PS - I have to say it kills me when people knock down the looks of someone just because it isn't their brand of whatever. These are all attractive women for the most part. I don't know any of them well enough to know if they're mean or jerks or whathaveyou so barring that I don't get why folks feel a need to put them down.
