hmmm

That may fall under the category of branches and fiber rich foods that taste like shit ???

Bark, bitter greens, crunchy hard seeds that get stuck in your gumline, dry breads that make you choke and cough, bland soy products with a nice slimy texture when steamed, gross drinkable omega3 fish oil, and sour berries that make your face pucker?

shrug That would be my guess.

Prison food?

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

Shiritaki noodles.

zero carbs. zero cals. Kinda rubbery but this can be aided with different prep. Its really for Asian dishes

I prefer bamboo shoot myself in asian and spaghetti squash in italian.... its not ZERO carbs and cals but WAY low. (1 for bamboo minusing fiber) and maybe 5 for the squash...

So I dont need that one weird food!.

No I dont know what the one wierd tip is though,,,

As far as I know, Shirataki noodles are made from a combination of konnyaku and a soy protein and should therfore not have gluten in it.

You're referring to these type of Asian noodles

These noodles come from the flour of the konjac root, and it its true that they have zero calories and carbs. They also have zero taste by themslves and must be used in flavored dishes to get any taste. However, the noodles contain a soluble fiber called glucommanan which absorbs 20 times its weight in water and is useful for weight loss. However, some groups have been selling the unrefined powder as a weight loss aid, but it can be dangerous if not ingested with plenty of water.
