I've always found Phil Collen vaguely attractive, and I think he's really benefitted from leaving behind the trashy young rocker shtick for a healthier lifestyle and age-appropriate refinement offstage. (Pity other aging hairband types so often don't do the same.) If he would return to an unshaven chest with his current pumped-up physique, I think that'd be really hot.

I don't like guys with underdeveloped (like in exercise neglected) hips or legs.

I don't know. Like he takes care of himself by only eating vegetables or something. Forget it.
