I was a vegetarian for years... No meat whatsoever, no fish.
I drank Soy Milk and still do. I got really ill, I wasn't getting the protein my body needed. Supplements weren't working... So I started to eat meat (that was hard, it tasted wild), and now I eat red meat in moderation, chicken, and turkey.. But mostly I eat fish.
