Robin Thicke Off ‘Real Husbands Of Hollywood’ Chris Rock Joins Cast

It looks like Robin Thicke has no interest in being a Real Husband Of Hollywood anymore! As a source exclusively tells HSK the singer/actor didn’t show up to “Real Husbands of Hollywood” set, Friday.

Now, word is Thicke won’t be returning. Know why? Because we’re told he believes the show could be ruining his brand.

Not surprisingly, Stephen Hill and BET are said to be furious over their “crossover kid” jumping ship. We’re told Thicke, 36, doesn’t see his fan base as people who tune in to BET.

Here’s the drop:

“Everybody was on the set Friday, waiting. Robin didn’t call or nothing! His camp checked in and told the BET staff, “Keep the money because Robin is not doing the show anymore.”

[Edited 4/8/13 14:14pm]

Why would Robin Thicke lower himself to this trash to begin with?

This is the question. Why would anyone lower themselves to this trash. I guess it's the money, but I think these shows are horrible and scream of desperation.

Exactly. They are playing caricatures of themselves in a satirical send-up of reality shows. I find him surprisingly funny, decent at pulling off deadpan humor, and great at poking fun at his 'brand image' the rumored article alleges he wants to save by leaving the show. Actually his character on the show is freakin' hilarious at times. He plays that bootleg Fonzie-balladeer thing well for laughs- and he has been, in many instances, funnier than Kevin Hart.

hammer Chile you better preach. nod The reason why I watch the show isn't to see Kevin Hart at all, it's to see what shananigans Robin, Nick and Boris are going to do. To me, those three MAKE the show. Without them, I wouldn't be interested in tuning in at all.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Well kevin drives the action on the show. He's so stupid and crazy and that's where the plotlines spring from.

Even Nicole and big mouth Tisha were funny.

Kevin Hart DESTROYS Mike Epps During TWITTER BATTLE

Kevin Hart and Mike Epps go at each other's throats on Twitter.

,

And in other Twitter wars...

photo KevinHartKimBasingerKevinHartFilmGrudgecYaNXVWlKjbx.jpg

Yesterday, Mike Epps fired a few shots at Hollywood's hottest comedian, Kevin Hart, and ignited a Twitter shoot out that left one of them bloody.

photo 031313-celebs-mike-epps-hangover-3.jpg

It all started when Mike (during a moment of reflection and homage to Katt Williams) tweeted,

photo ScreenShot2013-03-25at22848PM.png

And then Mike's Twitter followers started co-signing which got him pumped up a little more.

And for anyone who called him a hater....he had this...

photo ScreenShot2013-03-25at22824PM.png

Mind you....Kevinwas pretty silent during most of this exchange (because he was probably working on "RHOH"). But later, he got wind of the shots fired and said....

One he got started.....it was like he emptied an assault rifle.

Kevin eventually ended his assault with....

And after all of that, Mike Epps came back with this...

hammer Chile you better preach. nod The reason why I watch the show isn't to see Kevin Hart at all, it's to see what shananigans Robin, Nick and Boris are going to do. To me, those three MAKE the show. Without them, I wouldn't be interested in tuning in at all.

Ain't it crazy how the comedians on the show (Kevin and Jay Smooth), aren't even the funniest ones onscreen?

..they all kill me with how they are completely fine with their own stereotypes, that's the fun of the show.. and btw, how come every time Boris appears onscreen they have that animated Disney Prince Charming Sparkle emanating from his eyes or his teeth lol

The episode before this week where the boys were all being blackmailed was too slow and stumbled too much. But I'll be damned if the episode where Kevin stole Robin's song Lost Without You (and Paula Patton for his video vixen) wasn't funny as hell. And Kevin's song rip wasn't even the funny part of the show, it was Robin's response; and he had me rolling..."ya gonna bleeeeeed whistle " evillol

at this point Kevin's only shining moments on the show are when he's getting his ass kicked. lol

lol Yeah, Mike's writing skills are horrible. "Wrightin for him"? lol You know, for people who are supposed to be such big-shot Hollywood stars and I assume they have families, they sure have a lot of extra idle time on their hands to be arguing on Twitter.

Plus, the show doesn't always film the entire cast every week. Sometimes they'll focus on 4/6 various "Husbands", and they also have "friends of the husbands" who have re-curring roles like Nelly.

yeah Mike's stuff is so 1 dimensional, it's the same in everything he does

there are a few other actors/comedians like that, they fall into the same ignorance humor

in every thing they do, same character, same attitude

John Witherspoon has that same kinda geeche greasy finger linking good role in every thing he does

Yes, you can assume that and you would be correct (at least I haven't seen it). I think shows like this are trash and I wouldn't waste a second of my life watching Real Wives/Husbands. I think the people on these shows are losers and can't get a real job.
