What's everyone having for Easter Dinner? My mom always has a nice ham, mac and cheese and greens! "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

I don't plan on having any special dinner; however, I do plan on going out to Sunday brunch with my family, since nearly all of them are in twon for once, and I and a few of my siblings think it's a great time for all of us to get together. There's a hotel in my hometopwn which had a really nice Sunday brunch last year. It was sort of pricey but really amazing. I think we'll be doing that one again.

Dinner with my family today will be ham, mashed potatoes & gravy, sweet potatoes, corn, rolls and cole slaw (I'll skip the ham and gravy).
Brunch tomorrow w/the bf's family, but I'm not exactly sure the menu. I'm guessing some kinda quiche, hashbrowns or potatoes of some sort and probably other goodies. And there will be mimosas and screwdrivers and possibly bloody marys. |

I love som tum. Love love love.
I make massaman curry w/tofu, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatos and sometimes peanuts. Sometimes I add dried cranberries. It's not cuper traditional, but it's awesome nonetheless. |

You know what, something completely non-traditional sounds exceptional good right now, unfortunately I didn't plan for anything, cause I'm turned off to ginormous meals right now, give me a sandwich. I really don't like ham. Isn't lamb on Easter kind sacrilege, mentally speaking? I'm having spinach I know that, woohoo.

My mother and my in-laws, who historically have cooked for Easter, have not had the healthiest year, and they're taking a break. Looks like we may go out for Teppanyaki. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
