Most pros use an enema before they shoot a scene ( though there are also some who don´t ), and there have been cases of sphincter (sp.?) destruction with drastic consequences. Of course you don´t really get to hear many of the bad stories but , as I said before, my interest in porn is rather passive and I read a lot of interviews.
