Therefore they should not handle the incorrect label of "news" to their communication content.

Warren Ballentine was suddenly indicted and taken off the air too. There's talk that Donna Brazile will also be ousted from CNN but there has been no confirmation of that...yet. They even took crazy Rob Redding off the air.

You touched on what's really going on. What these personalities have in common is their focus on issues and their ability to mobilize people around those issues such as Trayvon Martin, Jena, and voter suppression just to name a few.
