I believe it has to do with the impact of the cylinder blocking the light, notice the shadow from the cylinder.

Not an illusion, but a clever way of finding your blind spot. Cover your left eye, and look at the small circel with your right eye. The moving ball should disappear at some point. If the ball isn't moving, click on the image.

Kid from my neibrghoud prints (those which 'works' on plain paper) and take them to school what makes him a lot of fun, since many teacher don't know that all those are well-known OI, so they are 'sweating' trying to understand how this or that works
