I love being single, however...

I became a single mommy about 6 months ago and so far I am doing great. But, yesterday was my daughters 4 year birthday and I decided to get her a swing set. I thought no problem, I can put it together! Now it is only half way up and I am thinking I cant do this! I find myself wishing that just because I got married 4 years ago I should never have thrown away my "little black book". Cause right now I really need a man to help put the rest of this swing set together. My daughter is out today and thinks that by the time she gets home this afternoon her swing set will be up and ready to be played on. Such high expectations us single mom's have to live up to. sigh

Guess I need a little support to get me back in that "I can do it" mode! Or a man that is willing to help me out! wink

Thanks guys!!
He calls me "Holi" cuz he says everyday w/ me is like a Holiday...

I am not a guy, but I can sympathize with u!! It takes a rocket scientist these days 2 figure out the instructions that come with all the pieces in the box!! Then u hope and pray that it comes complete with all the parts and the screws and whatever!!

Cant u call the place where u got it from and ask someone 2 come out and put it 2gether for U?? Or do u have any neighbours that could help u??

my greatest sympathies. over christmas last year, i was staying with friends who have a 3 year old girl, who by the way is one of the most precious kids ever. and, they bought her a swing set. bob (the dad) and i assembled it on christmas eve in the backyard. it took several hours (in the rainy cold weather), many and varied tools, and a lot of work. there's no way one person could have put it together.

You are the best!! We better hook up quick before someone else comes and takes you! A man with words, not to mention a face, like yours is hard to find!
