I cant sleep

3:14 am NYC

I been up for 18 hours and wide awake

I'll reply to you since the rest of america is probably asleep.

I feel sorry for you, I read your other post. Are you really active during the day and busy, maybe your not using up your energy, and thinking about things too much, then it's hard to sleep.

You should really go and see someone, although anything to do with relaxing would be good, it's seems like your very anxious at the moment.

Maybe have a shower, and relax in the water, that helps sometimes.

I haven't been active during the day because of leg problems.I have taken 2 hour baths lately. I fell asleep arounf 6am and woke up at 9am yesterday and dozed off again.I thought had a good prolonged sleep,when I woke up it was 9:16 am.That was strange.

What leg problems do you have? That would make it very hard for you to be active and to use your energy. Are you home bound?

Chondromalacia but that doesn't affect my sleeping only when Im active.I tried a half mile walk the other day but had to stopped because of pain in back of my knee.i have been rehabbing,but the progress has been slow.

Oh, I understand, that would be very painful.

I know when my kids can't sleep, I usually, gently stroke their forehead or cuddle them, get them to cuddle something. Not sure you have anyone there to do that for you, but you could do it yourself.

Anyway, I hope I have entertained you for a little while, and that you get to have the best sleep tonight at some stage.

Thought I had chondrosarcoma,cancer of cartilage,but Dr told me it's not that.My joints are popping from my knees to my skull.When I felt body tremors,thought they were tumors.but my pc doctor says it's likely anxiety.My entire left side of my skull cracks.

At least you know what is happening and move on from there. Anxiety is a horrible thing to go through, (it happened to me - but not anymore). I do know that fear is very powerful, and anxiety stems from fear, so never ever let it get the better of you, challenge it every day.
