Iyanla Vanzant has been a catalyst of change for many celebrities. Her next clients include troubled rapper DMX and seemingly lost reality show star, Sheree Whitfield.

The celebrities will be the focus of the show’s first two episodes of it new season on OWN.

In the season opener on April 13, the life coach will visit DMX at his home in Yonkers, NY to help him through a whole bunch of issues.

To say he’s got issues is an understatement. Need more proof, watch the explosive preview below. For a hot second, we thought he was going to straight up assault Iyanla. But then, for a hot second we though she was gonna flip the script and put a whippin’ on his arse. In other words, this is must SEE TV. Whoa. In fact, it’s so riveting, it’s going go for a full 90 minutes. Still, that might not be enough. Dude may need a few more sessions just to scratch the surface.

Then, in the second episode of the new season on April 20, Iyanla will dig deep into Sheree’s past relationship with ex-husband and former NFL star, Bob Whitfield. Iyanla sits down with the couple to talk about the role of co-parenting in spite of their contentious divorce. Secrets are revealed, truths are uncovered and emotions run high as Sheree and Bob reveal how they really feel about each other.

From the secrets buried in the past to the long hidden emotions, it’s going to be a roller coaster.

I saw DMX's wife's show, Starter Wives in the meantime. She's a sweetheart, very tender person. I'm glad she finally got strong and confident enough to let go of his crazy butt.

Who Iyanla needs to see next is Josie Harris, the baby mama of Floyd Mayweather; she is a damaged, drunken, violent shrew with the meanest spirit I've ever seen on a tv personality. She makes those thugs from Basketball Wives Miami look like Kindergarten teachers from Walt Disney.

I adore Iyanla. She has helped me change my life. Her books are awesome!!! But, after watching a couple of those Fix My Life episodes from last season, I thought they were kind of boring. The producers probably decided to kick things up a notch for the new season. People don't want to tune into reality TV shows filled with peace and harmony. They want lots of excessive drama. That's why the Bravo Housewives shows are so popular.

I can't wait for these types of shows run their course but its been what, a decade plus since MTV Real Life aired? I knew who DMX is, the other person I don't know who they are. I think these types of shows that exploit peoples foibles or fragile states are basically unethical. To clarify, the whores are the networks... the host, the shrink, life coach, or whatever their qualification states they are. To each its own.

Me too! Its bi-polar at its worse & trust me U do not want to be in their company when they are in that rage up to a hundred...U will never win. It can be a dangerous situation. Especially if they pull a gun on you...

I had a DMX back when I was a kid. I used to pop wheelies on it an' shit.

Last time I saw Iyanla was on the Salt-N-Pepa Show helping them with trust exercises and suspecting Pepa of a history of surviving abuse.

I like Iyanla and sure reality TV is scripted, but I think her show is a bit of both, real reality and a partial script. That being said, DMX is a lost cause. I know you aren't supposed to give up on folks, but he's one rude, disrespectful mofo that I would have left in the dust years ago.

I don't think D is a lost cause. He's has to be able and willing to help himself. Someone has to provide him with the right tools. The first step is for him to take his medication so he can be somewhat grounded enough in order to figure out what he needs to do th heal himself. I believe Iylanla can help him. But, if he's not able to listen, then she's wasting her time.

Well this isn't his first "help me, help me" reality show. And if he wasn't listening the advice given on those shows, what difference will this one make?
