A bad actress is getting written out of a bad show. And then probably the bad show is getting canceled. Because it sucks.

While the National Enquirer may have their reasoning all wrong, they are right in that Ellen Barkin will not return next season. Becasue there won't be a next season for this show; it's ratings have dropped precipitously since the season began, and it currently draws about a 1.0 to 1.2 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is seriously bad even in this reduced network TV viewing age.

Well at least we won't have to listen to NeNe brag about it anymore.

Dunno about her acting chops, but she is a very attractive older broad. More room for NeNe and me not watching it.

That show was too gay even for me.

I liked the show well enough, though I do think it has gotten a little blah. I've seen every episode thoughit was mainly on my dvr on Sunday when absolutely nothing else is on. I did HATE Ellen Barkin's character as she had almost no redeeming qualities. I am a little sad to see Nene's character go because I was impressed with how well she performed considering I expected her to have ZERO talent. I'm not all that sad to see the show go.

I remember this show being advertised heavily during the Summer Olympics, I had plans to check-it-out but didn't. The only person on the show I know is Ellen Barkin and I've enjoyed her work in the past. I wonder can free TV really ever do these types of shows well? You have more freedom to say and do almost anything on cable made that would've been a better route. Is is still on? I'll try and catch it...
