I hate these things because I know I will forget people. My honorable mention list would use up all of Ben's bandwidth.

When Haystack, Cloudbuster, and mrmeekle get going with their misquotes I usually wind up rolling on the floor.

What I love about this site is that there are so many different kinds of humor here (and intelligence and kindess etc etc...)

Oh and in the offchance that there is a moderator's gold star at the end of this thing, I will say that Ian has more and more shown himself to be an effective ringleader for all of the shenaningans that go on here.

Well it's been an evening of some surprises, with many self-professed comedians getting a short and sharp wake-up call! Let's analyze the results shall we?

First of all we look at those with a very low number of votes. As Billy Sparks would say, their jokes make sense to no one but themselves. Prepare for some harsh words!

The Loser List:

• In a surprise result, POOK only received a single vote. I guess everyone's favourite monkey isn't as funny as he used to be, and the froggy baby search has grown a bit old.
  
• Haystack, despite all his hard work and great efforts, received fuck all votes. Perhaps this is a sign that he should leave the comedy to those who are funny Misquote that!
  
• KingBAD, a king only in his own mind, was not reigning supreme today... his poor spelling, princebonics and claims of grandeur seem to be falling on deaf ears...
  
• BattierBeMyDaddy got only one vote. So I suppose all these stupid "fake flame wars" between her and IceNine aren't funny after all.
  
• JaneyPoos and her pointless "I'm bored so I'm going to post the first piece of crap that pops into my head!" threads clearly aren't winning her any votes, one vote only despite her love of classic British comedy. I guess you should pay attention to the jokes a bit more, Janey!
  
• Another shock result: Org celebrity and gossip-columnist Aerogram failed to even be mentioned, indicating a declining popularity which possibly coincides with his increased activity in the Politics & Religion forum.
  
• Other losers include Vashti, Redfeathers, jnoel, SuperC, althom, june7, Lleena, Diva, LaV, Insatiable, XxAxX, AzureStar.
  

Next we discuss the people who managed to get a couple of votes at least, the people who get the odd witty one-liner but otherwise spent most of their time repeating their same tired one joke over and over in the vain hope that someone will eventually find it funny

The Middle Ground:

• Surprisingly, the mighty KingSausage only managed 3 votes, which could be attributed to his ninja-like lurking.
  
• Aaron and all of his many accounts that I've deleted over the years got 3 votes
  
• bkw might be disappointed with his middle-ground score of 3 votes, but he's probably too drunk to notice.
  
• Shausler only got 3 votes, indicating that his poetry wasn't that funny after all.
  
• Org debating stalwart wellbeyond ended up with a mere 2 votes... try harder next year WB!
  
• Clearly for Natsume, winning two Org Gold Stars has created some division between her and the rest of the Org, creating jealousy. Some even alleged she got the stars because of a moderator's weakness for Japanese females. This is of course utterly untrue. However, her catfood eating antics were only funny enough to get 2 votes.
  
• Other middling people were HandClapzFingaSnapz, CalhounSq, Boob, Christopher, SexLovely, Sag, CarrieLee, Supernova. Surprising to see so many old-school Orgers there, I guess they've been happy to let others get all the comedy glory.
  

Finally we move on to the winners!

The best of the best:

• With 7 votes, he's left his flaming days behind to concentrate on more comedic matters - rdhull is in third place!
  
• With an inexplicable 10 votes, the terribly unfunny and occasionally grumpy duck gets second second place - congrats MrBliss!
  
• And of course, no surprise, the top spot goes to 2the9s!!!
  

Additionally, we have a special OBN award (Order of the Brown Nose) which goes to 2the9s for his complimentary comments about the Org's Bastard Moderator, your very own Ian.

I'll announce the prize in a moment...
