Gym Success

So it's been 8 months now since i started getting my ass back into shape and also when i got my personal trainer.

I have kept up with it for that long & i weighed myself today and me as well as my trainer were shocked that i gained 10 pounds of muscle in less than a month.

I started serious weight training around... october? and been going at it like crazy since then! i'm proudof myself cause i was on and off the working out streak.

This is from 3 week's ago

And this is from today

Just to give a refrence... and i usually am shy about showing shirtles pics razz

I still have a long way to go but i am proud of myself for sticking it with it this long and feeling the best i ever have in life smile

So if any of you have weight loss goals you can do it! i was off and on from 2010 to the summer of 2012 i would workout.. lose weight... stop gain weight.. start again.

But now that i have kept with it so long i feel amazing and i'm only getting stronger each day wink

Even though I can't see the "now" pic (all I see is a red X) that sounds like a good amount of gains in a short amount of time.

Btw i have just flown to Russia.

Sadly my friend Apollo Creed has just been killed by a massive roid ragging Russian and i have grown out my beard long enough...

I Will be running up mountains, chopping wood, screaming DRAGOOO while running from russian soviets eek

I will always be lifting heavy rocks in cabins while my trainer screams NO PAIN NO PAIN!

I hope you all will pray for me as i go on this journey sad or if you don't pray then at least send me free food.

From January 2011 to the present, with off and on gym visits, I have lost a total of 32.8lbs. And have lost two dress sizes.

I'm still not at my goal though, which is about 16.4lbs away. So as of yesterday I made a decision to get back on track with my gym regimen and put myself on chocolate restriction. thumbs up!

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

It's not easy keeping up with this shit lol

And i won't i don't eat healthy EVERYDAY but i do eat fruits, nuts and veggies everyday no matter what and drink a gallon of water.

Plus the hour i work on my feet & go to the gym it's a kille rworkout for the entire day lol

yes, squats, deadlifts, bench press?

Deadlifts, bench press, chest press, Pec Fly, Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Tricepts press, back extension.

Squats i do very rarely. I also use the Front Lat Pulldown but usually only with my trainer.

I used to hate doing bench press back when i was young lol

I was in football and we were required to lift every once in awhile and i just really hated bench! the most i could do was 110 at the time.

Currently i can do 225, and hoping to be doing 280 by the summer!

As much as i have been working and as much as my trainer has been pushing me lol i am positivive i will get close to that wink

Hell i thought it was gonna take forever getting to 185! but now 185 is nothing.

I know, and i still do them at least once or twice a week but i just choose to do other thing's over it a lot of the time.

I don't lift weights.My exercise is daily walks and cycling.I get often asked,do you work out?I say no.Maybe Im just lucky.People see it in my chest and shoulders.I have a natural build,it runs in my family.I could only imagine if I did lift regularly,but it's not my thing.

Also working on the stairs will give you an amazing cardio workout.

The Stairs machine go at it for an hour going at least a level 10 and you will feel worked as hell.

Cycling is really good thumbs up! i have taken 2 cycling classes and if it wasn't for work i would be doing more.

Nice to read these success stories. I see so many folks at my gym wasting their time and money - using bad form, trying to lift too much to start, or not pushing themselves. If you don't see a change in your body over a period of time, the light bulb should go off in your head.
