I haven't written anything on your journal (didn't even know it existed), but I don't think an ISP has the power to keep people from posting negative comments on a live journal because of freedom of speech and all. If they were threatening you it would be a different story, but I don't think being negative is against the law. Perhaps you should try IP banning like this site did with Nep2nes. . I used to have a LiveJournal and I disabled all anonymous posting for just that reason.
I'm so sorry you had to deal with a jerk like that. 
Please try to just dismiss whatever was said though I know that can be easier said than done. But cowards who leave anonymous nasty messages aren't worth your time or energy. | |
