last few weeks i've been binge eating

Lucky 4 me it's mostly been fruit ~ but still i have gained a few unwanted kilos

so now i need 2 find something else 2 do whilst i'm stuck in limbo

maybe i can take on some of your bad habits or maybe not

so anyway what do u do when u r bored n stuck in limbo??????????????????

Play "Plague Inc." on my iPad. There's something so satisfying about creating a plague that destroys all of humanity.

Read, watch TV or movies, pick up trash around my townhouse community, smoke a joint and go to sleep, garden, wash my car, the Org, shop on line. I hardly get on face book, I find it rather boring.

I have an old pair of flip-flops with portraits on them. One of Sheila (Left one), one of P (Right one). I strip down bollock naked and open two tins of soup. Usually one Tomato, the other, Chicken. Holding a sandal in each hand I crouch and carefully submerge my nuts in the soups. Tomato (Left one), Chicken (Right one). When fully submerged I chant a nonsensicle mantra and vigourously spank my flip-flops.

It's a shame I don't have balls, otherwise I would try this at home.

You can do it with ya knockers. Just put the soup in bowls. No-one should stop you from spanking your flip-flops, no-one.

Best to get some pics of it too if you can.
