I should have clarified that I found this episode blah. I used to really enjoy it and I'll still watch but it's not really all that great to me anymore.

I find the Rick visions lame.

My hubby thinks it's stupid that the healthy humans don't all band together and kill the zombies. He says that it's stupid that you're just fighting not to get killed by zombies or other humans.

Does your husband realize in this show, the dead far out-number the living and that these zombies dont move as slow as the ones in Night of the Living Dead? Besides, if it were that easy, the show would have only lasted one season.lol I'm kinda hoping next season they will add some super-zombies, like the ones that were in the 28 Days/Weeks Later movies.omfg

Now how they got very large people, I get stocky some folks are built hardy. But in the absence of all easy access to food for, what, 2-3 years, talk about a crash diet and the new exercise program called fight or flight, America ain't never been fitter. That all I have to say for now.

lol Good point.

I don't think it's been that long, though. Only about a year to 18 months.

Is Rick getting a little twinkle in his eye behind that 17 year old girl? That little peck on the cheek seemed to straighten his shoulders there for a minute and she seems to be the primary caretaker for his baby.

I also noticed he was taken aback. I don't think it was the hint of any brewing romantic feelings, though, as much as a jolt of sobriety -- he realized he is actually important to these individuals beyond being the mere group leader; he is family.

hmmm It will be interesting to see what they do with Rick's sexuality, though. I know that in the books there have been all sorts of hookups among other characters. But not with Rick, as far as I know. Carol comes onto him, suggesting that he, she and Lori (before she died) have a polyamorous relationship, but it goes nowhere. (Carol, incidentally, goes on to have a fling with Tyrese, who, in turn, also has a fling with Michonne.)

In the TV show, too, I suppose they could depict Rick as sexless following the death of his wife, but that would really flatten his character, I think. I'm guessing I'd also be less horny after losing a wife in a zombie apocalypse. But I imagine I'd want it.. at some point. lol

In the TV show, I suppose they could depict Rick as equally sexless following the death of his wife, but that would really flatten his character, I think. I'm guessing I'd be less horny in a zombie apocalypse, but I imagine I'd want it sometimes. lol

Spoiler....kinda

OK, Rick's skipping around in the woods chasing visions of Lori, knowing full well there will be a retaliation. Glen's run off to execute the Governor despite the fact that the Gov has had enough time to plan and get to the prison. They ran off a group of very able body people knowing the Gov is going to retaliate. And do they plant a look out? Nooooo, that might make some sense. They've just all jumped on the stoopid wagon. Thank god for Darrell.

And Lammie's latin? lol Had to get it out some kind of way didn't ya?
