Chris Brown D.A. Moves to Violate Probation..Says Community Service May Have Been FAKED

Chris Brown
D.A. Moves to Violate Probation ...
Says Community Service May Have Been FAKED

Exclusive
0205_chris_brown_01

The L.A. County District Attorney has filed legal documents claiming Chris Brown has violated his probation by submitting bogus community service records ... claiming in one case he swore he was picking up trash in Virginia when he was actually on a private jet to Cancun ...TMZ has learned.

We've learned the D.A. is alleging in legal docs Chris Brown may have LIED when he claimed he had performed all of his community service in connection with the Rihanna beating case.

Bryan T. Norwood, the Chief of Police in Richmond, VA., wrote a letter to the judge on September 14, claiming Brown successfully completed 202 days of community service -- he was only required to perform 180.

Norwood attached documents showing that Brown frequently worked at Tappahannock Children's Center -- a place where Brown's mom was once a director -- and did odd jobs such as painting, washing windows, waxing floors, cutting grass and picking up trash.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the Richmond P.D. admits they only supervised Brown on 9 or 10 occasions and on all other dates he was not supervised by anyone.

And get this ... the detective who had been assigned to oversee Brown's community service was told she did not have to continue monitoring at the Children's Center. The times, location and types of duty were provided by Chris Brown's mother.

The D.A. claims Chris and the prior Chief of Police had a prior relationship.

And there's more. According to the docs, Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, "instructed" the lawyer for the Richmond PD on how to "handle" D.A. investigators' questions about Chris' community service.

The judge was suspicious when the document was filed, and sources tell us the D.A. began investigating and found no "credible, competent or verifiable evidence" that Brown did the 180 days community service.

Sources tell TMZ ... there's no way Chris could have performed community service on some of the days, because he was out of the country doing concerts.

The D.A. calls Chris' documentation "at best sloppy ... and at worst fraudulent reporting."

The D.A. is asking the judge to reject Chris' alleged Virginia community service hours and make him fulfill his obligation in L.A. County.

By the way, the D.A. claims Chris' mom was responsible for orchestrating work at the Children's Center outside of normal operating hours and a key administrator told the D.A. she NEVER saw Chris perform any work at the center.

Is his mom his manager too? She also appeared with him on CNN's Larry King Live, coaching and leading his interview real-time.

Why all the hate towards Chris Brown?

Dammit! He beat the shit out of Rihanna!

Yes, he did, and he went to court over his crime and presumably served his sentence and took anger management classes. Heck, there have been other artists who actually killed people (whether accidentally, in a drug or alcohol-induced enabling stupor, or even intentionally) who got much less hate dished their way. I don't understand why you people want top continue crucifying this kid. Yes, I'm aware he's 24 or 25 years old, but he's still young. Give the man a chance to grow up and learn from his past mistakes.

Unless you've been living under a rock, he is still acting out violently quite regularly, and seems to have not changed or grown. http://prince.org/msg/100/392793

But that incident was started by Frank Ocean's entourage, and that other incident online was started by some punk-ass bitch who thought she could get away with making some snarky offensive tweets towards Chris Brown when he wasn't even addressing her or anyone else in particular. And the whole Good Morning America interview was set up to make Chris Brown look bad, since the first thing they interviewed him about was the whole beating Rihanna incident when it had alreeady happened about two years prior and he had already done his community service and anger management classes. If he was supposed to perform on the show, shouldn't he have been allowed to perform his song first? No one is inviting Rihanna to be on talk shows and asking her why she's trying to go back out with the man who beat her silly before performing one of her songs.

All of this is just piling on because he's an easy target.

He may be an "easy target" but he surely helps in making it that way so he plays a part in why he still finds himself in trouble.

And I still can't believe people are still trying to give this sadiddy fool a pass because of his age. "He's almost 25, let him grow up." Shouldn't he be grown by now? That'll be like saying "well he's 50, but give him time, he has all the years left to mature." Like if he continues to get in headlines for roughing up other singers/rappers by the time he's 30, would the same folks keep saying "give him time"?

That's sort of my point. If he's still doing boneheaded things by the time he turns 30, then he deserves to have people hating him all over the place. A lot of famous young people do some dumb shit in their 20's but eventually settle down and get more mature by the time they approach their 30's. It's the ones who don't wise up by that time (Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian) who are worthy of scorn. Notice how Britney Spears is at least more respected now that she sort of has her life back together.

Oh please ohgoon I'm all for giving people 2nd chances because no one's perfect, WE ALL make mistakes, hell I've had made my share of them...but in Chris' case, he has had plenty of chances to redeem himself. I for one was one of those folks rooting for him to turn his life around after that "incident". I figured, he paid his dues, did the community service, so the guy should be given a chance. Since then, he's been doing idiotic things that make himself look dumb and dumber. Now in light of this new information, IF this allegation that he faked his community service is true, IMO, it's the lowest of all lows.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I agree with you. I"m not from the school of thought that he has to pay for the Rihanna incident eternally. Even she has forgiven him. HOw can he get some of that Charlie-Sheen-woman-beating-forgiveness? Even Floyd Mayweather doesn't get this hate -- and he used deadly weapons on his woman.

There's not been another domestic incident that we're aware of. He so far has not become Ike Turner (who I also don't demonize) because he hasn't shown a repeated pattern of beating women.

I don't care about the other incidents: chair through the window, snatching phones, brawling with Frank Ocean. None of that reinforces being a woman beater. I would have snatched the phone as well and really he tried to squash the conflict over the phone by offering a handshake. Frank escalated that matter for no reason.

Clearly Chris Brown has a huge temper and is physically aggressive. Maybe I should hate him for that, but we all have some bad quality. I"m not afraid of people having a mix of bad and good qualities. That's called reality. No one is an angel.

OK. I was agreeing with you until you mentioned Kim Kardashian.

She's done even less to receive her hate.

1. She made a sex tape with her boyfriend of 3 years. I didn't realize having a sex tape with your man was so bad. It's not like she went into a porn studio and fucked Mr. Marcus.

If she wants to commodify her sex with Ray J, big fucking deal. How is that hurting anyone in the world?

2. People call this girl a slut when it appears that she's simply a serial dater. I haven't ever heard any stories of her just having one night stands and screwing people she's not i a relationship with. A girl can't date and fuck her boyfriends?? confused

I'm sure the men in her life have had more despicable sex. Kanye has been looser than Kim and fucked more people -- probably whose names he doesn't know. And Kris Humprhies used to frequent prostitutes in Toronto, as I understand.

3. She has turned reality shows into a lucrative empire with up to 20 or 25 businesses that will be raking in money for years to come.

4. She's never been a empty minded cokehead who like Paris HIlton so I dont get the comparison.

If you don't understand the Chris Brown hate, you should be even more perplexed at the Kim hate.

You praised Britney but insulted Kim? mad Makes no sense.
