Yes. That's the one. He came across so sweet in that film, and I don't mean in a sissified way. He just had the demeanor of a very nice young man whose family would be proud. Too bad that didn't play out for true.

yah, no . we were good friends for a few years. he had a bit of an attitude problem (i still do... beside the point. i consider myself more of a peacemaker now ). he was always getting into fights with folks for whatever reason, myself included. was a little on the iffeminate side, but it was cool (he dated a few girls i can remember). he moved away. saw him a few times afterwards and pretended not to know him . we were cool and all, but i'd rather deal with a new crazy person. preferrably a female. not a deal breaker though

Unless we've actually seen his injury, it's best not to judge. Maybe I'm interpreting it differently than others, but my assumption is someone cut him with a knife or had some type of sharp ring on when they went after him. Despite being one of the clumsiest people on the planet, I still for some reason think I should own and regularly use a Swiss army knife, and let me tell you...You do NOT want your finger to get cut with one of those things. I once got a cut that bled and bled and bled and made it REALLY hard to type at work -- and computer keyboards have a delete key, unlike a piano! Haven't any of you ever had one of those cuts that makes it almost impossible to bend your finger, or have you honestly led such sheltered lives that you think a "cut" always means something tiny? My mom was cutting meat and almost lost her finger at a job and had to go to the emergency room when I was a kid. Even if it was a ring, I was once punched by a mugger who was wearing a ring and it bled like you would not believe because of that ring.

Basically, some of y'all need to stop being so damn judgmental and acting like you know all the details of these situations. I think Ocean will do fine at the Grammys, since he can always have someone play piano for him if his cut isn't healing quickly, but damn. If I had a crystal ball like some of you think you have, I'd sure as shit be making WAY better use of it.
