The file is likely .zip password protected.
If you're on a mac, you need to buy Winzip for 19 bucks from the Appstore.
If you're PC, you may need to buy the pro winzip.
Password protected zip files don't unzip with most free versions of archiving utilities. They just kind of do nothing.
The full blown pro version of winzip will prompt you for a password. You enter the password, and voila---your file unzips.

download 7zip if you are using windows and it will ask for a password if required
you can use software like foobar to convert files from one format to another, so convert the flac or itunes files to plain mp3s. media monkey is another to try

Yes, but the free mac tools can't unzip password protected zip files.

They still make cds at the moment. I've been bumping them a lot lately. I can hear a difference, I guess. Take your new toy back and get the ghetto tape cassette attachment and your cd player (like I been suggesting, I think) and be done with it. Or play around with it and who knows. I hope you're not that busy to sit here and diss something cuz you can't figure it out. For all time I am with you, you are with me.

Lately I've been buying vinyl alot.
Which is completely & utterly foolish, since I haven't gotten my Ion turntable to work right...and TD3 (the orger) refuses to send me her record player.
