i have one almost every weekend! and chips and beer! granted I am not all that hungry at dinner but I do like a good sub. But I also think they are thinner than the once were too.

and even if it was the store: say some some glass was broken and some got into the lettuce or whatever... that is no by ANY reach grounds to close the store. It would be at worst: say $10K + medical expenses X 3. Unless it is found to be intentional or criminal negligence then the person(s) that did it could face criminal charges.

oh and the reason I think Subway may lose is the length of the meat. (lol I lose for the same reason). The meat is also well under 12" so it can not be said that it is just an issue with how the bread cooks.

...LOL...Yes...Otis Spunkmeyer is the Baking company that Subway has a long-time deal with. Otis adds a secret ingredients to their products and they won't tell. I would LOVE to know so I can duplicate it. I'm a Cookie Master so I know my cookies. Otis's cookies are the best factory produced Cookies I've ever eaten.

I wonder how companies like Otis, Coke Cola, Dr. Pepper and KFC are able to sell a popular food product to the General public and keep some of the ingredients a secret? Shouldnt that be illegal?

Otis's cookies are so addictive I often wonder if the Otis Factory plant workers add Crack or Weed to the raw batter....
