That shit would add up mighta quick I think! As someone who tends to rack up the credit card in the blink of an eye buying stuff like what's on your list
Nah I probably wouldn't even make it to 500. TuneUp is onlly 50 bucks, Adventure Time is 40 bucks, The Pyrex bowls I want are only 27 bucks. I'd make it happen.
Girl I bought me a jumper cables kit from BIG LOTS, fo' $10 bucks, YeSirE Bob I did. They came in this cute little grey case with an orange triangle, plus a tire gauge, plus some fuses, plus some screw drives / wrench set, and ONE glove (like MJ)... fo' 10 dolla's.
500.00
10.95
489.05 to go.
Cinny's correct my credit card is always a bit higher than I expected to be because I thought, all I bought were some odds and ends.

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp. |

I just had to get a new "rebuilt transmission" for my car. The cost was $2653.97. |

Funny...I noted in the thread about the Prince concert at the Dakota that alot of Orgers are complaining about the high cost of tickets. Most of them don't want to spend the $500 it would cost for 2 tickets.

tickets.......
One of the things that I regret most was back in '97(?) Prince played at the Jones Beach theater here, and 2 tickets were like $150 and (being very broke at the time) I didn't want to charge the tickets. So I didn't go.
I also regret not having gone to Vegas for 3121. In light of everything that happened to me afterwards, I should've just done it (house is probably getting foreclosed on anyfuckingway).

Looking back at the thousands I spent going to Vegas, I would not do that again. |

First time I saw him there, the ticket was 312.10 plus 400 bucks for airfare and I don't remember for the hotel.
The second time I went to 3121. On New Years Eve. Last minute airfare, no hotel but 3121 was 312.10 plus the 500 or so apiece we paid for a table.
Okay, the seond time definitely was not worth it but the first time I got to talk to him so... |

Yeah that sounds right.
I debated for a minute whether or not to blow a mortgage payment on this trip.
If I had a crystal ball (the magic one, not the CD ) and could forsee what would eventually happen, I would've skipped the fucking mortgage payment.

I can't believe the hobbitches didn't pick up your tab. I mean...they should've paid the check at Denny's, at least.
I got lucky on that one. Sweetie comped me a room at the Hilton for my birthday (which was that night). It was still a very spendy experience, though. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |

I don't think I have laughed harder in my entire life. I will never, ever forget that night.

It's not enough to fly me over there, get a hotel, eat, drink etcetera and buy the tickets.
That whole package is a lot more than 500$
