  If you watched last night, he started at 444 lbs and lost 21 lbs by the first weigh in. I just saw him last week And he is down to 320 lbs. | |

It's one of my favorites, and I've never had a problem with my weight. If anything, I have been too thin at times. I just admire seeing people making a concerted effort to change their lives and transform their bodies. My brother is constantly battling his weight. I've seen him go from 175lbs to 280lbs and then down to about 195. Me, I can eat whatever I want, how much I want, and never go over 150lbs. I'm tall, so I can carry 150 without looking overweight. My metabolism is off the chain. | |
