My sleep patterns changed constantly.I guess that happens when you got nothing to do and you are too dumb for a job.I sleep through out the day in 2weeks and then through out the night in another 2 weeks.

2 years ago i was saying the same shit

and i had no confidence, no self esteem, no self worth

i was too scared to talk up

i just put up with so much shit

and then bang i broke

i broke down

and sunk low

i was a no body and i didnt even want to live

but enough was enough

and i started to believe ppl

when they gave me compliments

i started to take notice of who i am

and i realised i could be better

i could actually see my potential

now i'm still working on it

but its so much easier when the negativity is gone

If the negativity is coming from you then you are the only one who can stop it

if its from others then delete them from your life
