The funny thing is this trick, who was married for what, 70 days, isn't divorced yet because she's fighting an annulment from Chris Humphries.

Why is she fighting it? My guess is to keep the story in the spotlight, because seperating from her husband didn't stop her from quickly dating, and now getting pregnant by, another man.

I don't think she's lacking attention, hence trying to keep her name in the spotlight. I think its about what she and her mom cares mostly about more than anything...money.

I'm guessing she and her team figured that they could lose potentially millions from admitting that the whole wedding was a sham for TV. There was some initial backlash briefly after the news brokeout about she and Kris splitting because of their wedding being fake. Maybe they think her admitting the wedding being fake would further damage their "BRAND". Notice I did put brand in quotation. Damaged brand (whatever that is) equals damaged ratings. Damaged ratings equals damaged money.

I don't think admitting it could hurt nearly as much as they might be thinking. I don't think anyone will care. Nobody is/was expecting her to be Mother Teresa anyway so there's little moral ground to lose Sure, the young teenage girls that tuned in and cried tears of joy along with Kim during the show will feel like they were used and toyed with their emotions but meh....

This is why I feel so bad for him. I didnt know he was dating someone and engaged at the time of his mothers passing, thats interesting, that probably affected him as well Im sure. The site reported that Phifer, a designer, was spotted on the red carpet without her engagement ring at an "Evenings in Vogue" event on Thursday night in New York, where her clothing line, Ghita, was featured.

"They'd been having problems," a friend of West's told the site. "Kanye is really focused on his show; he's putting everything into the show right now. Alexis is a nice girl, but Kanye has been going through a rough time. They hit a rough patch and for now they've split."

If a quickie seperation couldn't hurt the "brand" then I don't see what difference an annulment would make.

Then again an annulment would make it official any hint of a marriage non existent. It could matter to someone, on MARS!

The bottom line is, she cannot be without a relationship. To her, being in a relationship is what defines her. Couple that with the fact that she has this facination with the "Mandingo Dick". Kayne is looking for comfort and acceptance, things that he has not felt since the passing of his mother. It's a case of misery taking advantage of someone, who is longing for company.

Don't get me wrong Kanye has had some inescaple songs like Love Lockdown, Heartless, Mercy, Niggas In Paris, Runaway etc.

But in 2007 he was man of the year in music. Stronger & Good Life were the most overplayed thing ever that year his album nearly went platinum in the first week... He was getting all them grammies.

Also in 07 radio was not yet obsessed with playing ONLY top 20 hits and songs that didn't chart as high like Homecoming and Flashing Lights got tunes of airplay.

Kanye was at the top then & even though his next 2 albums were a lot better they didn't get to that level.

I think Big Sean, 2 Chains & other rappers are on his label are getting all the attention now sadly

Kris Humphries is a smuck, but I don't understand some of the hate people have on for him. He was tricked by a woman who only wanted to exploit thier relationship and make money off of it. I hope he's learned his lesson when it comes to choosing a woman.

I also hope he gets the annulment and gets the ring back and the gag order lifted. That will definitely make for some interesting headlines. He will be able to prove she's just a slut looking for a way to keep her name in the news.

I was actually thinking that with Kanye being alone now without his mom around, and falling into the Kardashian vortex getting so close to his new girlfriend's family so quickly, now with a little on on the way...I can just see Kris Kardashian foaming at the mouth to get her hands on his money, while milking her daughter's relationship for the interest of the family as far as she can take it.

I see her her perfectly lacquered claws on his dough one of two ways:

A. either she eases lonely little orphan Kanye into her own brood to the point of making him feel comfy enough to start managing his non-musical interests for him (thus ensuring her daughter gets a piece of the action)

or

B. if the relationship flops grandly, she assists her daughter in swiping every cent she can get for the kid (thus ensuring her daughter gets a piece of the action)

Kanye can give the dough up either the easy way (A) or the hard way (B), but that monetary blood-sucker Momager is going to get that money, with her own %15 extracted somewhere in the mix either way it goes.
