Gangster Squad movie with Sean Penn Is it me, or did they overdo it with Sean Penn's make up with him starring as Mickey Cohen? When I see the previews for this movie, it irritates the hell out of me.

True. Usually I love a good gangster movie, but when I first saw the previews for this movie, I was 100% uninterested. Even with Sean Penn in the cast and I love Sean Penn. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. | |

The preview for this has been in like 5 or 6 movies i saw this year.
Eh... idk why just doesn't look that good to me. And it has a good cast...
And i love Sean Penn but this looks like another one of his i will yell at the top of my lungs for a good performance types Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

I know exactly what you mean. He's gotten like Pacino in recent years. The trailer didn't look interesting. Yet there have been tons of films with absolutely exciting trailers that were flops. Still, I'll probably not go see this for a variety of reasons. | |
