What's your take on the RFID human implant for the future?
A human microchip implant is an integrated circuit device or RFID transponder encased in silicate glass and implanted in the body of a human being. A subdermal implant typically contains a unique ID number that can be linked to information contained in an external database, such as personal identification, medical history, medications, allergies, and contact information. http://en.wikipedia.org/w...ant_(human)
Legislation Following Wisconsin and North Dakota, California issued Senate Bill 362 in 2007, which prohibits employers and others from forcing anyone to have a RFID device implanted under their skin. On April 5, 2010, Atlanta, Georgia, Senate passed Senate Bill 235 that prohibits forced microchip implants in humans and that would make it a misdemeanor for anyone to require them, including employers. The bill would allow voluntary microchip implants, as long as they're performed by a physician and regulated by the Georgia Composite Medical Board. If the General Assembly passes the new Senate version, Georgia would join California, North Dakota and Wisconsin in banning mandatory microchip implant. On February 10, 2010 Virginia's House of Delegates also passed a bill that forbids companies from forcing their employees to be implanted with tracking devices. http://en.wikipedia.org/w...ant_(human)
for years some have been predicting the outcome of this technology will be pretty much made mandatory for citizens to have privledges to money, health care, or etc. i'm aware that many of the animal shelters implant RFID chips into dogs and cats at the permission of their owners. It helps them to locate their animal if it get's lost. some of the most current 2012 news about the chip is exagerated. however the unexagerated/unembellished information on the RFID chip seems to be preceded by an agenda.
imo the lyrics to the song "somebody's watching you" by sly and the family stone takes on a whole new meaning.
what do you think about this? i'm all "whoa?" what if its true?

You watch, though. This is the next step once the gubmint starts paying for your health care. They will blackmail your sorry ass into doing this, at the risk of some kind of IRS penalty or complete loss of benefits.
Don't come cryin' to me when you're disillusioned by your leaders - the ones who are supposed to work for you - and protect your freedoms. You voted for it. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

yes... here in australia we have a healthcare system where struggling people get the medical attention they need, and we're all microchipped... we all live in cement sheds and give all our money to our supreme leaders [Edited 12/5/12 17:34pm]

Is this another way of saying Americans should have voted for the candidate that didn't win the election?

a little more rfid info: Function
An RFID system, consisting of a transponder and a reader, is typically connected to a computer database. A transponder is a piece of radar equipment that uses radio waves to find the position of objects and watch their movement. Put simply, a signal is read from an intended target or object, and it then shows up on a computer screen where it can be followed and documented. RFID technology has evolved to the point where a small computer chip can be implanted under the skin, so the activity of the intended target can be followed.
Theories/Speculation
Misuse of surveillance technology is a possible concern. There are, of course, issues of privacy regarding this technology. Although it is very convenient in many respects, there is the potential for governments and corporations to misuse it for the purpose of dominating, controlling or suppressing populations of people. George Orwell's book "1984" is sometimes used as an example of what could happen if surveillance technology wound up in the hands of a fascist government. There are other scenarios which are equally disturbing, so it is best for citizens to always be aware of what the implications are of any type of new technology.
