I think this is too much of a coincidence to be a coincidence. For it to happen right after a judge sided with Gabriel and fobidded Halle to permanently move Nahala to France? I don't know...

He never did anything to try to harm them. And Olivier(not Halle's husband nor Nahla's father) has no business getting into Gabriels situation with his daughter

Excellent points. All Gabriel has ever wanted was for his parental right to be respected and to be part of his daughter's life. Who in the hell does Halle think she is anyway? She has no right to move to another country and to make it more difficult for him to spend time with his daughter. She feels so damn entitled!

So a woman's baby daddy got in a fight with her new man on Thanksgiving while dropping off the baby...I was damn near waiting for Madea to show up somewhere in the story

...sounds like something from out of one of those holiday faith based movies.

It's not funny but I wouldn't be surprised. Both of them are quite combustible and especially during that time. Tensions were as high as their alleged romance. Wesley looks like he could whup your ass with one smack. lol

Most close to the situation denies it was Christopher. Halle was dating him and Wesley at the same time. They had broken up (Halle and Christopher) way before the slapping incident.

It's pretty clear who got the worst of the brutal Thanksgiving Day fight outside Halle Berry's house -- Gabriel Aubry is a swollen, bruised mess after Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez rocked him in the face.

Gabriel was photographed Friday in L.A., a day after his violent showdown with Olivier put him in the hospital with a broken rib and serious face contusions -- including one NASTY swollen shiner.

Olivier clearly got the better of the fight, but still screwed up his hand and his neck.


TMZ broke the story ... Gabriel was arrested for battery after allegedly attacking Olivier at Halle's house.

After Gabriel allegedly pushed and struck Olivier in the shoulder, Halle's fiance cold-cocked her baby daddy in the face. There are conflicting accounts as to whether Gabriel was rendered unconscious.

As we reported, a judge issued an emergency protective order against Gabriel, requiring him to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier, and Nahla.

^ AGREED! All three of them (Gabriel, Olivier and Halle) need to be fuckin' ashamed of themselves. Halle grew up in a similar environment and yet she's repeating the same actions of her own mother. That doesn't make any damn sense.
