Earlier this week, a very emotional Katt announced his retirement on a street corner in Seattle ... insisting that he was, "kinda done."

But now, Katt's management team says he's undone ... telling us, "Katt is definitely NOT retiring. He will be moving forward with the tour ... Friday is Texas, Saturday New Orleans, and on to Alabama."

Management adds, "The reason why he made remarks was due to him feeling totally disrespected by all the things that happen to him in the city of Seattle. He had a moment where he felt very unappreciated. He now just wants to move forward from those unfortunate events and give his fans outstanding shows from this point forward."

Katt has also not retired from dealing with court ... TMZ has learned Williams was just charged with 2 counts of 4th degree misdemeanor assault in Seattle stemming from a bar fight this past weekend.

As we reported, Katt was arrested Sunday after allegedly threatening the bar manager with a pool cue and refusing to leave the establishment ... then later throwing a cigarette at a woman's eye.

Police claim Katt also threw a rock at the woman's car as she left.

Of course, this is just one incident in Katt's long string of bizarre behavior recently, including slapping a Target employee and leading Sacramento police on a wild three-wheeled motorcycle chase.

Katt Williams a no-show at arraignment hearing

Comedian Katt Williams didn't show up at an arraignment hearing in Seattle to face assault charges stemming from several run-ins with people and police last weekend.

Williams' attorney, Thomas McAllister, told the judge Thursday that his client was under the impression that he didn't have to attend the hearing, citing information from a Seattle Times article. McAllister says Williams is back in California.

The Times reports that the judge rescheduled the hearing for next week.

Earlier this week, Williams announced his "retirement," saying he was "kinda done."

A couple of days later, his management team issued the following statement to TMZ: "Katt is definitely NOT retiring. He will be moving forward with the tour.

suge n'nim should known that this was going to happen. they should have encouraged Katt to show up at the sacramento p.d. to ascertain whether or not charges were brought against him. then he could have gone to his arraignment, set a court date, paid the bail and been released. i'm sure suge knows the procedure.

also if he does a no show for his arrest in seattle, he will get another warrant issued, then if and when the sacto cops catch up to him with their warrant Katt WILL be extradited to seattle.

for some strange reason, i'm feeling that katt wants to get arrested to get away from suge's tight hold on him.

I was just thinking a few minutes before I entered the thread again that the show may have been canceled. He's also supposed to be doing a show in New Orleans and he might not be there for that either.
