I do not see any reason to get in a twist over this. The worst part is the pan may feel cold or could be uncomfortable (but there is a blanket). But the baby was not in any danger and was not likely to be harmed in anyway. It is not like the oven could come on automatically.

I would say photos with a dog and a baby should be the ones that we get mad over.

yeah I am not sure it is funny at all...but it has nothing to do with the baby... just a silly joke. like a cat in a microwave. not funny but nothing to get all mad about. as i said a baby is much more in danger being photographed with a large dog than this kind of thing. There were photos of babies taking a bath in a big stew pot... that is not any different than this photo.

It's just so creepy looking. The image of cooking a baby. I couldn't imagine my father doing something like that as a joke. In fact, if my dad had of seen something like that done to one of his grandkids, somebody would have been cursed out for days on end for putting that kind of image out into the universe. Nah, that kind of humor doesn't run in my family.
