i don't need to go to a parking lot to find people with mental illness. my own mother has mental illness, and scares me, that's why i haven't seen her in nearly a year now, and try to stay away from her. she won't get help for her problem, so i have to protect my family.
That's really sad.
I lived in the same house as my grandfather for more than two years and he has Alzheimer's. It was so bad he was completely paranoid and even aggressive, but then there were times when he acknowledged he was ill and acted normal. I had nightmares and was really afraid when I heard him walking around the house and the garden at night.
the worst part of it for me was my childhood, i looked up to my mom, and i didn't really understand she was being abusive to me until i got older. be kind, be a friend, not a bully. |

I'm so sorry! That must be hard for you -
I know that's hard with it being your mother but you have to think of your family- God bless you .
thank you very much! it's very difficult for me because i love her so much, but she refuses to get help for her illness, and i've tried everything. nothing works, so i have to keep my distance from her. be kind, be a friend, not a bully. |

I understand. I have a family member with a drug problem and I have to do the same thing. It's sad but you have to protect your family. |
