i don't get scared at movies but seven is a much better movie. david fincher is an excellent director

Silence of the lambs-Has to be one of the most scariest movies.

Both Se7en and Silence are classics but Se7en usually doesn't get the love that it deserves.

Neither one really scared me but if i had to pick the one that was more creepy and suspenseful...damn, I'm gonna go with Silence. But not by much.

Neither because neither was scary at all. I think the question you really should ask is which one is more suspenseful....in this case, Se7en was IMO.

I think Seven is one of the worst and stupidest movies of all time. I loathe it.

I like Silence a lot. Jodie Foster is great in it, and that final scene in the basement was really tense and gripping when I first saw it in the theater.

I've never seen any of the Hannibal Lechter movies.

I read all of the books and loved them, but was completely freaked out.

manhunter (which was the early movie version of red dragon) is alright. it changes a lot, but works.

SOTL is an awesome movie. its really a masterpiece of acting, writing, directing, and psychological horror.

hannibal... well, it was better than the book but still not very good. they did away with that horrendously awful clarice and lecter fall in love bullshit, but... the movie is rather silly, and one of the grossest things i have ever seen.

red dragon was... pretty good. i still prefer manhunter, but RD has some strong moments.

i skipped the prequel nonsense

that is the creepiest scene, that thick darkness, that is a very scary feeling that someone could be right there with u in the dark

I saw "Manhunter" with William Peterson. It was based on "Red Dragon".

I forgot all about that movie.

Yeah, after reading the books, I didn't want to see what was described.

i really REALLY recommend silence. its not as gory as you would imagine the way the book is. demme made the very smart decision to make it less about gore and more about the psychological scare, something the other movies fail at. if anything its much more about the relationship between clarice and lecter. its also one of the top 10 best movies of the 90s and probably one of the best 100 movies ever made.

it truly is a msterpiece. the rest are skippable.

i would call it a masterpiece either, and its second in the series only to silence... its quite good.

but silence is a must-see, especially for someone who has read the book. i would argue that silence the movie is even better than silence the book

I love SotL, it was the acting. And that imagine of the "angel" in the cell, I will never forget that. They stayed so close to the book too. Red Dragon was very good too.

I liked Se7en, but it didn't mess with my head as much.

Silence of the Lambs--remember moments like finding moths inside the mouths of cadavers! night vision horror, foster without makeup, etc lots of scary and creepy moments from that movie!

We'll have to argue about this some time, because I hate David Fincher's work with a passion. Except for Panic Room. That's the one movie of his I actually like.

alien 3 was largely because the studio took it away from him and made the film the way they wanted... by comittee. they made all kinds of changes without his knoweldge and he has disowned the film. the studios terrible ideas interference really became evident in the even worse alien: resurrection

fight club i love. i even like it more than the book. it and panic room are my favorites. social network would round out my top 3.

seven was okay. zodiac was good. the game was good, though implausible. i didnt really like curious case of benjamin button though everyone else did. i have yet to watch girl with the dragon tattoo because i want to read the book first
