Hey Zombie,

Green & Black's organic chocolate is on special at Woolies this week (in QLD anyway). I got 100gm Dark 85% for $3.00 - if I like it I'll probably stock up.

Oh God I love Green and Blacks drool It's my favorite. I don't know if I'd try the 99% Lindt's chocolate. That may be a little too much for me. I usually stick with 70 - 85%.

Everybody knows that the best chocolate is in Belgium. They all get the best cocoa from Venezuela, which is running low.

Uncle Hugo needs to make sure the crop survives.

All you others say Hell Yea!! woot!

Scharffenberger used to be my "base" chocolate for baking. But it has been replaced by Green & Black's. I just find their flavor profile to be more complex - and it has a lot of "dark fruit" flavor to it.

Try eating Green & Black's with glass of really good Eastern European porter. drool

I'm having some green & black 85% now for afternoon tea. It has a little sourness to it that I quite like. Another thing I like about it is that it's not so thin.

I was looking in oasis today and they have a sugar free chocolate section. I was tempted by this

It's sweetened with maltitol which I know nothing about though hmmm
