This doesn't make sense. Not that I'm pro Blake... just wondering how this works...

Maybe Blake should have claimed it was an accident too.

Well, I think the circumstances of the two killings are part of the reason. Blake's wife's killing seems to have been a more clearly plotted out event, where the killing at Spector's could very well have been an "accident" (hey, I'm not saying I believe it, I'm just saying it could be argued!). Plus - Spector has a LOT more money than Blake has, so he could easily post whatever bail was set.

Kinda like if P.Diddy and Vanilla Ice were both charged in similar crimes - P.Diddy would be all lawyered up and back out in the Hamptons in no time flat while Vanilla Ice would still be trying to explain to his boss at Burger King why he won't be in to work in the near future...

Why not...

"guilty until proven innocent"
