Rich Pervert In My Town Finally Caught! Probably one of the only thing's known about my hometown is Stanley Marsh
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanley_Marsh_3
Infamous for making these weird signs all over town that peeps actually come out to see why idk lol.
Anywho this guy has finally being sued!, i knew way back in middle school through high school this guy had weird orgy parties, gave drugs to kids & let kids free to rock shows if they gave him ''favors''
he also has this little ranch, it's the biggest place in our town & there is poison snake pictures everywhere to keep people off, shit look's straight out of Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
The guy is infamous for giving drugs to kids, molesting kids, and he got arrested in the 90's for locking a kid in a chicken coop after he did something bad & left him there for a day.
But the dude is super rich so he seem's to have gotten away with this shit.. even though this has been known around town since the 70's.
Thought this would be a good thread cause this is big news for my town & since it's halloween season... this guy has been like the legendary creepy ''Freddy Kruger'' type character in our town

An Amarillo woman has filed a civil lawsuit against Stanley Marsh 3, alleging he gave her teenage son cash, vehicles and drugs to engage in sexual acts in closed-door sessions with Marsh 3 in his downtown Amarillo office.
The suit, filed Wednesday in 181st District Court in Amarillo, also names as defendants Marsh 3’s wife and guardian, Gwendolyn “Wendy” O’Brien Marsh; his son, Stanley Marsh IV; David Weir, a Marsh associate; SM3, a limited liability company; and McCartt & Associates, which manages the Chase Tower.
The suit claims that in 2010 and 2011, the 74-year-old Marsh 3 performed sex acts on the teen, then 15 and 16, and engaged in various sexual acts with him in Chase Tower offices. Kelly Utsinger, an Amarillo attorney representing the Marshes and Weir, said they will challenge the allegations in court.
“It’s not my usual practice to say much about pending litigation to the media, but I will tell you we will be filing responsive pleadings to deny these allegations,” Utsinger said. The lawsuit, filed by the teen’s mother on his behalf, alleges the teen was introduced to Marsh 3 by a mutual friend and that Marsh 3 paid the boy, identified in the suit as John Doe, for various sex acts and watched pornographic movies with him.
“Marsh routinely paid (John Doe) in cash and checks, and provided Doe with alcohol and a litany of drugs. Marsh 3 bought two vehicles for Doe as well,” the suit said. “Over the year, Marsh 3 would give Doe sums of money that at times would be as much as $10,000.” The teen, the suit said, later became addicted to drugs “as a result of Marsh 3’s provision of drugs and cash to Doe.”
The suit further alleged Weir knew about the abuse, acted as Marsh 3’s “gatekeeper” and required many young men who visited Marsh 3’s office to sign confidentiality agreements before beginning sexual activities. The suit claims the teen is “just one of the many victims of Stanley Marsh 3.” Anthony Buzbee, a Houston attorney representing the plaintiff, said Thursday the teen’s mother and grandmother brought the matter to Amarillo authorities, but said he doesn’t know exactly when. Buzbee said the teen and his mother have provided sworn statements to Amarillo police. “I have every confidence the DA and police are doing their jobs,” Buzbee said Thursday. “I’ve been told he’s (Stanley Marsh 3) had some health issues, and I can’t take the chance of not getting his testimony.”
The suit said the plaintiff reported the abuse to the district attorney’s office and Amarillo police. “I will neither confirm nor deny the existence of any pending investigation,” 47th District Attorney Randall Sims said.
The suit seeks unspecified damages from the defendants and alleges Marsh 3 knowingly committed sexual abuse and sexual battery on the teen over the course of a year and that Marsh 3 caused severe emotional distress to the teen. The suit further alleges Weir, Marsh IV and McCartt & Associates breached a duty of ordinary care by failing to prevent Marsh from abusing the teen. Cpl. Jerry Neufeld, an Amarillo police spokesman, said Amarillo police have no criminal assaults listed in the teen’s name since he became an adult.
“Keep in mind that if the alleged offense took place while he was a juvenile we could not identify him as the victim or (provide) any details that could possibly identify him as a victim,” Neufeld said Thursday. “We can talk about a crime that has taken place, but we cannot identify the suspect until an arrest has been made or a warrant issued. If the victim is a juvenile, then we really have to watch what we release because we can’t identify the victim.”
Neufeld said the department cannot comment on whether an incident report has been issued in any criminal case. “We would never comment on anybody who may or may not be a suspect. Unless someone has been charged, we can’t say anything,” he said. Joe Bob McCartt of McCartt & Associates said Thursday he had no prior knowledge of the lawsuit. In November 2011, a judge granted Wendy Marsh guardianship of her husband after he was hospitalized in Dallas and suffered a series of strokes during a six-week period. An Amarillo native and millionaire, Marsh 3 gained national attention for burying 10 Cadillacs just west of the city limits in 1974 to prove the theory that the best art is unexpected art. Members of Marsh 3’s Dynamite Museum have created hundreds of faux street signs emblazoned with whimsical phrases or commentary. He also previously owned KVII television station. Marsh 3 has faced legal action before:
■ In 1996, three indictments charged Marsh 3 with indecency with a child / sexual contact. Those criminal charges eventually were dismissed. ■ In 1996, a youth claiming to be a victim of sexual contact of Marsh 3, agreed to drop a civil suit after Marsh 3 paid him money to do so, Houston attorney Dick DeGuerin said then. Marsh 3 admitted no wrongdoing in the settlement, his attorney said. ■ In 1998, Marsh 3 paid a $4,000 fine and served community service after pleading no contest to misdemeanor criminal charges of unlawful restraint and criminal trespass after he was accused of putting Ben Whittenburg, a teen when the event occurred and a member of a prominent Amarillo family, in a chicken coop for allegedly stealing one of the art signs. ■ In 2001, parties involved in four civil lawsuits, including allegations stemming from the Whittenburg case, agreed to settle the cases. The allegations in those civil cases included imprisonment, sexual misconduct and harassment of teens. Marsh 3 apologized but no other details were made public. I hope the creep gets a fitting punishment!! God Bless the kids he victimized. I hope the victims are able to heal, and someday learn to experience real love. Being sexually assulted (victimized) can mess you up for a long, long time. PaisleyRose was here

I hope the case will deliver a verdict.
And inspires more of his victims to file suits against him. Sexual abuse should not stay unpunished. 99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.
