As a child you are usually getting it for punishment for being bad... as an adult, during sex, well... you're just "being" naughty and the spanking is out of passion and not out of anger.

Spanking children is wrong because it teaches them that violence is an acceptable response. A lot of women/men abusers where beaten as children and grew up thinking this is the way to solve problems. Does anyone think President Bush was spanked?

Are two entirely different things! I was spanked regularly as I was stubborn as hell and if all I had to worry about was your mouth flapping in the wind, then I would do it. My sister on the other hand never received spankings because she was sweet and obedient. I am thankful that my parents were diligent with us both as needed. End result is two daughters with self control who are now productive adults.
