I liked the Vegan Fast Food place a lot, though I'm not vegan. It ain't only the vegans that have issues with soda, I used to be around a lot of NOI folk they had major issues against drinking soda for health reasons and didn't mind tell you about it.

I quit drinking soda with no problem. Was actually easy for me, cause i felt like shit after everytime i drank it. I eat mostly vegetables and fruits now. Gave up the processed and fast food. Still gonna have my steak and bbq oncw in a while. I'll be damned if i give that up. I just can't put it away like i was anymore. I never understood why people felt superior cause of how they ate. Wierdos.

I would have to agree! Vegans act as if they are better than everybody else, because they don't eat meat & they eat only organic this & that. Yup...fuck'em!

Yeah if someone wants to quit soda, they quit on their own accord. They shouldn't be told to stop it. We're the ones who control what it is we do with our bodies.

Shoot, I stopped drinking soda 5 years ago. I did it for my own personal reasons. I'm not flaunting around looking down on anyone who does drink it. Eat/Drink whatever you want to.

i'm all conflicted about food. i don't believe that eating meat is 'wrong', the entire universe is one big food chain in a way, various matter/energy interactions, galaxies swallowing other galaxies ... it just is.

but here on earth i do hate the way factory farms cause suffering among animals. imo, that is wrong in a way which borders on true deadly sin. i just wonder why god didn't design us all with photosynthetic capabilities..

well i can understand ur point of view but lets take a look back in the before the vegan/vegitarian times... people had to eat on farms to survive eating meat and making what they could just to stay alive.. during the dust bowl/depression in the USA and im sure in other countries as well this has happened...eating to survive....some animals eat their dead... some believe when we or a animal dies their body becomes the grass aka "circle of life" type stuff.. lets face it some dont get buried in a coffin way back in the day we buried our dead in the Earths dirt. Well some dont think about it but the wood also rots as well as the body inside that coffin..technically speaking ... the embalming fliud just delays the process in the coffin but im rambling on i guess

There are certainly plenty of self righteous vegans but there are also all kinds of lovely vegans. People who lecture you unasked about what you should or shouldn't eat are lame.

Of course if you were fat it would be socially acceptable for them to tell you not to eat junk food and you'd have folks defending you but plenty of other folks would be cheering them on.
