not only that but serious nepotism, undermining thru the use of language that if you cant understand it its a problem, bosses that turn the other cheek to everything and a -cover your ass- mentality so entrenched its beyond normal. But its a paycheck and i can handle it most times. I just do my job and give what they give me back in full when its dole'd out .. i know how to turn the tables on things wout ppl even knowing i did it. Then they get pissy n i just laugh.

At all of my jobs, I've mainly kept to myself. I'd make friends with only a couple of co-workers but that would be about it, even with that, I still didn't tell all of my business. I don't trust people I work with at all.

Like right now, there's this co-worker that I trained a year ago and then I noticed this Spring that she was literally trying to "compete" with me and tried to throw me under the bus a couple of times in our staff meetings but it didn't work. She's 10 years older than me and forever loves to bring up the fact that in her last position she actually did more than she does now, managed a staff and was a "director"...umm well you aren't director in this position honey. And if you want to be a "director" then you need to apply elsewhere. rolleyes On top of that, she acts like she's a religious fanatical and is always talking about how perfect her family is. rolleyes Most of the time I ignore, but sometimes, she really gets on my fucking nerves. I noticed that a few weeks ago, she disappeared for a few hours and didn't even tell our supervisor if she was going to a meeting or something because she came in our office looking for her...well I had a hunch where she was at, an interview. It was confirmed when she came back with full makeup on and then got on her cell phone at her desk talking to her husband about "how it went". ohgoon

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

There is only one person that I have to work with face to face, who is more powerful than me, and

he starts so much bullshit drama, and in a damn sneaky way too. That is what I hate most about

working with men who like to stir the pot, they are all up in other peoples ears and than they stand back

nice and chill while other people look crazy.

Other than that, my workplace is usually drama free because I will fire you if you are hurting the

team with your 5th grade drama.

Yes, men have an easy job as long as women let themselves be used as the political instrument at the workforce.

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

I'm so lucky now to work in a tiny office and I'm the only woman (thank god) but in my late twenties I worked at a company where the women were so catty and bitchy and when they got mad at one they gave her hell- just like a pack of bitch wolves from high school - I was never on the receiving end of that until one day when my best friend (who worked there also) and I had a falling out and people started taking sides, it was so stupid- She and I had already made up and one girl who had started some vendetta against me was still hating on me and I was like, "and WHO in the fuck are you again?" loser

lol

I'm not going to say that men don't cause drama...BUT...only when I work with alot of women do I encounter such unabashed cattiness and rumors and shit.

You took the words out of my mouth. What IS IT with women? Hell, give me a male boss any day. Women coworkers and bosses were my worst enemies when I was working. If I had a problem while under the supervision of a male, it was always resolved professionally and without a lot of catty, backstabbing bullshit. I'm a woman, but sometimes I can understand a bitch deserves a good, oldfashioned ass-kickin.

You people make me thankful for the job I have.

I have never experienced any of this crap. Especially with what you're describing about women.

There's some dork that basically takes a bath in the sinks of the men's room. We have a small sink area with two sinks side-by-side, and this dude leaves a lake of water around the whole area.

I have no idea how he can leave so much water. He lliterally must cup water in his hands and then release it outside the sink. His only saving grace is that he hasn't gotten the floor wet, which would be bad because it would surely lead to slips and falls.

I put up some signs on the mirror above the sinks, asking him not to do it any more. Hasn't worked.

I don't know who it is, but we are in a small building. I'll catch this guy sooner or later and when I do, well...I don't know what I'll do.

Until then, I'm thinking of putting up a series of signs, each one mocking him more than the last.

"Seriously, dude - were you raised in a barn, or are you the long-lost son of Aquaman?"

"Just because you can't pay your water bill at home doesn't mean you should waste water here"

"I'll bet you voted for Romney, didn't you?"

Etc.

Oh goodness spit

Well at my job, there's a problem with folks leaving dirty dishes in the sink in the break room. Doesn't bother me none since I wash my dishes at home and only bring tupperware to work...but someone put a sign up that said "Your parents do not work here, nor is there a maid service available to wash your dirty dishes left behind in the sink. Please be adult enough to wash your own dishes and take them with you and clean up behind yourself. Thanks."

lol

My mom works at a store and they got rid of the paper towels (installed blowers) because some employees were "bathing" in the bathroom and clogging up the toilets with all the paper.

faint

I dunno. I mean, if you can't afford the hot water at home, then I feel sorry for you...but STILL.

For the folk complaining about coworkers using the washrooms as their own personal bathrooms, maybe they're homeless or just some stank muhfuggahs who suddenly got a whiff of their own funk. lol
