I like to make a creation I came up with years ago, I'm sure someone else probably thought of it also, I call it pizza pasta. You basically make it the exact same way you make spaghetti except you use pizza ingredients instead of spaghetti ingredients.

Boil pasta shells or whatever your favorite type of pasta is.

Add....

Pizza Sauce (Instead of Spaghetti Sauce)

Pepperoni

Sausage

Mushrooms

Olives

Cheese

Basically add any ingredients you like on pizza (as many as you can afford...the more you add, the more expensive it becomes lol)

If you mean the standard American version of pizza with red sauce and cheese, here are some of its' distant relatives:

A calzone

Lahmacun, or rather, traditional Turkish pizza

Crespelle, Italy's version of a crepe.

Mexican Cheese and Tomato Quesadilla

Chilli-cheese quesadillas with tomato

German Pfankuchen mit käse und tomate (Crepes with cheese & tomatoes)

hope that helps as a start. foodnow
