Damn you now I want a rootbeer float and I alrady ate enough junk food to feed 6 people for a week while fishing this weekend.

And now I'm freezing my balls off. But it was worth it. Even my dog had some.

You took me right there with posting a thread about rootbeer floats!

For those who don't know, this place had a 50's theme. It was like an old-fashioned fountain, with fun and games thrown in.

They used to make such great shakes. My absolute favorite used to be the Peanut Butter shake... Vanilla Ice Cream with Peanut Butter mixed in... mmm.

They closed down, though.

I have only had it a few times (from this place in Canada calles A&W). It is one of those drinks that tastes gross at first but is still strangely addictive. You really need to try one to to get what I mean. As for what ingredients it contains...I don't know but but I'm sure it includes a large amoumt of E numbers.

i like root beer and i like ice cream... but i like them seperately...

I really don't know how you'd describe the taste, it's just a funky dark soda and I suspect it's got vanilla in it...
