YAY!!! Its Pancake Day!!! Today it is Pancake Day, or better known as Shrove Tuesday in the UK.
Who is having pancakes tonight, how many are you gonna eat and what will you have them with? Do you toss them in the air, or just flip them over with a spatula? Oh, and for your information, I am not having any! I cant make them, they stick to the frying pan and make a gunky, sloppy mess, and I spend ages after, scrubbing instead of tossing..

i love pancakes. i make mine from scratch i flip mine with a spatula because the one, and only, time i flipped it in the air, it stuck to the ceiling. i must have lots of butter and king syrup, the same way i like my billy.

I love pancakes! I use a spatula and griddle.
I make all kinds of fruit-kissed ones:
I also use varying types of nutty extracts for flavor. I just might make some Apple-Cinnamon ones, just cuz! .

That sounds pretty good...like cornbread, right? It's a bit more... hmmm... denser than pancakes? The cornmeal is pre-cooked in a double-boiler with salted water, then mixed with butter and milk.

Chocolate-Chip-Lavendar are the BEST. Mmmm. They taste even better if you make funny shappes with the batter. Or hearts if you're feeling romantic.
